A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 12 to Sept. 16.
Thomas Cook, of Warner Robbins, Ga., sold the home at 5 Cedarview Court to Mark and Shirley Fickie, of Palm Coast, for $275,000.
Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat lift and 1,940 square feet of living area.
It sold for $159,900 in 1999.
