Celebrating the Great American Smoke Out Day, Nov. 17, members of the Flagler County Youth Center and Flagler Palm Coast High School students presented a plaque to Florida Hospital Flagler for its dedication and commitment to be a smoke-free campus. The students were Melissa Boyles, chairwoman of the Regional Youth Advisory Board for Students Working Against Tobacco, and Mike Locastro, of the Flagler County Tobacco Free Partnership.
