Preschoolers at United Methodist Christian School were marching to the beat of a different tom-tom Nov. 14, when Sawgrass, a member of the Florida Muskogee Creek Tribe, and his son, Wildcat, visited their Thanksgiving celebration.

The children were told of the backgrounds and traditions of native Florida Indians and early settlers, and demonstrated colorful and energetic dances.
