Anthony Adorante, 50, of Flagler Beach, was killed in a crash Nov. 16, after he rear-ended a semi-truck while traveling on Interstate 95.

The incident took place at 9:20 a.m., according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol. Adorante, who was wearing a seatbelt, was driving south, just north of the Matanzas Woods Parkway overpass.

Roberto Ramirez, 50, of Hialeah, was driving in a semi-truck. Adorante, in a Nissan 350Z, approached the rear end and then struck the semi-truck. Adorante’s truck rotated clockwise and then overturned, coming to a rest upright, just south of the point of the collision.
