Rotary donates to homeless project

The Rotary Club of Flagler County presented Katrina Townsend, of Flagler County Public Schools, with a check for $1,000 toward the Homeless to Homeward program.

Homeless To Homeward, a joint program with Flagler County Rotary and the school system, is trying to keep or place families in homes without social service intervention (unless necessary), to keep children in school and achieving, and to provide basic needs to families (shelter with water, electricity, basic furniture and food).
