At tonight’s School Board meeting, 11 teachers in the district will be identified as teaching outside of their subject areas of expertise. For the second time ever, the meeting, like all future meetings, will be streamed live, HERE.
Of the 11 instructors teaching out of field, three are from Matanzas High and three are from Flagler Palm Coast High.
The board also plans to revisit the issue of advertising on school property. Staff, led by Superintendent Janet Valentine, will recommend that the board allow advertising on websites, newsletters, school supplies, clothing, school signs and other venues/materials to be determined.
