Elva Thompson, founder and president of Precious Hearts Foundation Inc., shared her testimony Saturday, March 19 at the Men and Women Empowered to Prosper seminar.
Thompson encouraged attendees to remove themselves from any relationship that is not loving.
“The event was to let people know that we’ve experience domestic abuse but we were able to prospect afterwards,” Thompson said.
