Colored Pencil group gives scholarship

The Colored Pencil Society of America is offering a $200 scholarship to a student planning to continue art education.

High school, college and adult education students are eligible. To request an application, e-mail [email protected] or call Thery McKinney at 446-6596.

The deadline for application is March 31.
