Hope Network installs new officers; Plumez is president

The Hope Network of Flagler County Inc. elected new officers and board members.

Maurice Plumez is the new vice president, and Dick Rhodes was installed as the new treasurer.

Other new board members include Barbara Plumez, Doris Wilson and Lee Bryant.
