In an unusually light permit week, a total of 82 permits were applied for through the city between Sunday, June 31, and Sunday, July 7.
One occupancy order was issued, to Candace House, for Kingdom Purpose Church, at 210 Old Kings Road.
No other commercial permits were issued.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Saltwater Home Inc, for a $227,000 single-family dwelling at 8 Fernmill Lane. Another single-family residence was permitted, to Vanacore Construction, for $211,000, for construction at 23 Westrobin Lane. A $5,000 renovation permit was also issued to Waterside Pools, for an addition to 41 Francis Lane.
