A total of 115 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, June 23, and Thursday, June 30.
One commercial permit was issued, to George Burton Construction, for interior renovations to Modern Wireless, at 5290 E. State Road 100.
One certificate of occupancy was also issued, to John Lynch, of Stoughton Luxury Homes, at 381 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to SeaGate Homes, for a $270,000 single-family dwelling at 33 Ruth Drive. A $6,500 renovation permit was also issued to Ramiro and Maria Rosa, for an addition to 173 Pritchard Drive.
