+ Watson real estate agent earns seniors designation
Cindy Tetreault, of with the Watson Realty Corp., was recently awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors.
Tetreault is one of nine real estate agents in Flagler and St. Johns counties to have the designation. Fewer than 300 have earned the designation in Florida, and 16,000 in North America. Call 569-3900.
+ Intracoastal Bank hires new VP
Bruce Page, president and CEO of Intracoastal Bank, announced the addition of L. J. McDermott to the Intracoastal Bank team as vice president/business development officer.
Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, McDermott was managing member of RWF Properties, in Daytona Beach. He has worked for 30 years in banking, including for SunTrust Bank, Peninsula/Southern Community Bank and Floridian Bank.
Intracoastal Bank’s headquarters are located at 1290 Palm Coast Parkway N.W. The bank’s total assets were $112,446,909 as of Dec. 31.
+ Hospital adds surgeon to HealthCare Partners
Cardiovascular-thoracic surgeon John Walsh has joined Florida Hospital Flagler HealthCare Partners, a group of experienced, board-certified physicians in various specialties. This physician group enjoys a mutual partnership with Florida Hospital Flagler.
Possessing about 30 years of experience, Walsh has practiced in the Palm Coast area for almost five years. His office, located at Florida Hospital Flagler, 61 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 1-800B, will remain the same.
+ Hospital names regional media manager
Florida Hospital Flagler’s current marketing manager, Lindsay Rew, has been selected to serve as the first media manager for the six Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties.
A Palm Coast resident, Rew joined Florida Hospital in May 2007 as the marketing coordinator and was promoted to marketing manager in 2008. Prior to joining Florida Hospital, Rew was the marketing coordinator for Centex Destination Properties.
+ SeaGate adds two more model homes to county
SeaGate Homes, Flagler County’s largest homebuilder, has begun construction on a new model home with a second to start in February, according to Michael Sawdai, vice president of operations.
The Sabal is a four-bedroom, two-bath, 2,047-square-foot model located at the corner of Bayside Drive and Belle Terre Parkway.
The Hibiscus, a three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,900-square-foot model, will be built in the Hidden Lakes community. The Hibiscus is one of about 375 homes being built in the planned unit development east of Old Kings Road near the south entrance of Palm Coast’s Town Center. Call 445-1616.
