Palm Coast is now accepting applications from qualified individuals who would like to rehabilitate their homes.

The housing rehabilitation program is aimed to bring residents’ primary homes back up to minimum standards, funded through a grant from the state of Florida. Financial assistance for up to $80,000 may be available for a new roof, doors, windows, deteriorating plumbing, electrical, mold, or other major rehab projects.

The city will hold a special workshop 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Flagler County Government Services Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., in Bunnell. The meeting will help the public learn more about how to qualify for this program.
