Matilda Sapienza was born Aug. 15, 1911. She will celebrate her 100th birthday next week, with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends, at Magnolia Manor, in Palm Coast.
Sapienza moved to Palm Coast in 2010, from New York.
“My grandmother is such a special person, and my family and I have been so blessed to be able to see her celebrate such a milestone in life — also, too, to have her around for 100 years,” said Michele Lentino.
