After eight weeks of classes on everything from property tax to parks, 22 members of Flagler County’s inaugural Citizens Academy received their certificates of completion from the Flagler County Commission.
The graduates were Hugh Baxley, Taffi Boyd, Daniel Brazzano, Jolita Ann Brazzano, Lois DeCosta, Ronald DeCosta, David Ferguson, Anne Ferretti, Debra Heywood, Anne Lamperti, Marie Lane, George Lawson, John McDonald, Kelly Ann McLaughlin, Edith Marie Moser, Armando Mustiga, Gerard O’Gara Jr., Joseph Rizzo, Reinhold Schlieper, William Schroeder, Rose Marie Seminara, Aaron Weiss, Arthur Yunker and Jeanne Yunker.
