Twenty residents got free surfing lessons last month, thanks to Team RWB and the Ormond Beach Surfari Surf Shop.

Team RWB partnered with the Ormond Beach Surfari Surf Shop to provide free surfing lessons to 20 local residents last month, at the Granada Boulevard beach access.
"It was so much fun!" said Eric Egler, an Air Force veteran. "First time ever trying to surf and it was a blast. Thanks to Team RWB Daytona."
Team RWB Daytona is a local chapter with over 225 members whose mission is to connect veterans to their communities through social and physical interactions. Instruction was given through small groups and one-on-one teaching.
