Permit update: Central Park to see lighting improvements

A total of 89 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, July 27, and Thursday, Aug. 4.

A $94,000 construction permit was issued to Latour Enterprises, for electrical improvements to Central Park at 975 Central Ave. A $4,000 permit was also issued to Phillips Coastal for interior renovations to 2 Corporate Drive.

No occupancy orders were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Intervest Construction, for a $268,000 single-family residence at 1 Falls Place.

Several permits for residential additions were issued, as well, the largest of which being one for $30,000 to Timothy Rosenberger, for construction to 35 Osprey Circle.
