The world’s largest boat club, based in Sarasota, has recently been purchased by two Palm Coast residents.

Bob Daley and John Giglio bought the 22-year-old Freedom Boat Club from a Cincinnati-based investment group earlier this month.

Billing itself as “the alternative to boat ownership,” the Freedom Boat Club offers its members boating in a variety of locations.

Along with training and hands-on instruction, Freedom Boat Club also provides a experiences in various boat styles.
