Ormond woman named welfare advocate of Domestic Abuse Council

Amanda Gosselin is now serving as a welfare advocate for DAC of Volusia County.

Amanda Gosselin was recently appointed as the new domestic violence child welfare advocate for the Domestic Abuse Council of Volusia County.

Gosselin, an Ormond Beach resident, will serve as a consultant to the child welfare staff and community partners regarding case that involve children in a household where there may be domestic violence. Originally from Massachusetts, she graduated from LeTourneau University in Texas with a BS degree in psychology.
