The Bunnell FFA officer team spent one week at the St. Johns River Campground for its annual Chapter Officer Retreat.

During the retreat, the officers took part in team-building and bonding activities, developed methods for improving the chapter as a whole, and created the 2011-2012 program-of-activities calendar.

Throughout the week, members also participated in canoeing, swimming, campground cleanup, volleyball and problem-solving games.

The chapter also planned for future community service projects in conjunction with Whispering Meadows, Food for America and the Florida Agriculture Museum.

FFA strives to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
