The house sold on Sept. 9, for $1.85 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a dock, a boat lift, a boat house and 4,619 square feet. It last sold in 2013 for $845,000.

The townhome at 9 Arbor Lake Park sold on Sept. 8, for $195,000. Built in 1985, the townhome is a 2/2 and has 1,155 square feet. It last sold in 2021 for $179,000.
The house at 349 Rover Road sold on Sept. 9, for $439,000. Built in 2024, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,405 square feet. It last sold in 2025 for $429,000.
The house at 1360 Fountain View St. sold on Sept. 9, for $399,990. Built in 2026, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,020 square feet.
The house at 1435 Dolph Circle sold on Sept. 10, for $545,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,621 square feet. It last sold in 2004 for $312,800.
The house at 49 Laurel Oaks Circle sold on Sept. 9, for $220,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has a spa and 1,560 square feet. It last sold in 1982 for $53,500.
