William C. Cullen, of Palm Coast, left this world on September 18, 2026. He was born in Pelham, NY on February 24, 1936. He was a loving husband and had four lovely daughters, nine adorable grandchildren and three amazing great grandchildren. He enlisted in the army after high school and married his high school sweetheart in 1955. He was in administrative and managerial positions for his career. In his spare time he worked with many charities and was known as a generous and kind man. He will be deeply missed.
