Dear Editor:

The Community Chorus of Palm Coast would like to serenade, albeit with the written word, Abe and Rachel Mills, reporters and photojournalists for the Observer.

Their talents extend far beyond the expected work-related skills, and this community is fortunate to have them. Our chorus was the focus of a recent article of the (Sept. 3) Palm Coast edition of the Observer. From the minute Abe and Rachel stepped out of their car, positivity and enthusiasm ensued.

The front page newspaper article, Facebook reel and Instagram post that resulted showcased our members, director and accompanist in a manner none of us could have even dreamed about. They made us feel comfortable and excited as we sang during our first rehearsal that evening.

We hope that they continue to provide stories such as ours; it’s heartening to learn about our local communities and all they offer. Thank you, Abe and Rachel Mills, for all you add to this experience. Come hear us sing on Friday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. or Sunday, Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. Both concerts are free, with easy parking, and are performed at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Palm Coast.
