The exclusive leasing agents for The Promenade at Palm Coast — Cornelia Downing Manfre and Jamie Cuzzocreo of ONE Sothebys’ International Realty —announced the addition of six new tenants to The Promenade at Town Center, further enhancing the center’s diverse mix of retail, dining, health and wellness, sports, recreation and entertainment offerings.

The newest businesses joining The Promenade are Fleet Feet, 6th Street Deli, Enchanted Medical Aesthetics, The SIM Lounge Golf & Sport, AdventHealth Sports Rehab and Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop.

The new tenant lineup brings a variety of experiences to The Promenade at Town Center benefiting area residents, employees and visitors:

  • Fleet Feet will provide specialty running footwear, apparel and fitness products for runners and active individuals of all levels to promote living a healthy lifestyle, and will organize a wide variety of special events such as fun runs and walks, training groups, in-store educational seminars and much more.
  • 6th Street Deli will offer a casual dining experience with both in-store and patio dining featuring fresh, kettle-boiled New York-style bagels baked daily, hearty specialty deli sandwiches, smooth Lavazza Italian coffee, espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and frozen iced coffees, homemade desserts and an Italian dry goods store featuring specialty olive oils, pastas and baked goods.
  • Enchanted Medical Aesthetics will provide medical aesthetics and wellness services, adding to The Promenade’s growing health and beauty offerings.
  • The SIM Lounge Golf & Sport will provide an indoor golf simulator and multi-sport entertainment experience, creating a destination for golfers, sports enthusiasts, families and groups.
  • AdventHealth Sports Rehab will provide sports rehabilitation and physical therapy services, supporting athletes and active individuals throughout the community.

“The Promenade at Town Center continues to evolve into a dynamic live-work-play destination for the Palm Coast community,” Manfre said. “The diversity of these new tenants is particularly exciting. This is exactly the type of tenant mix that creates a vibrant commercial destination and serves the needs of a growing community.”

Manfre and Cuzzocreo are focused on attracting quality businesses that complement the center’s existing tenant base and contribute to the long-term success and vitality of the property.

“Our goal is not simply to fill space,” Manfre said. “It is to curate the right combination of businesses that makes The Promenade at Town Center a premier destination people want to visit again and again.”

The Promenade at Town Center consists of approximately 53,000 square feet of street level retail, restaurant and office space and 204 luxury residential apartments above on three levels. The development is integrated with outdoor gathering spaces, the nearby Central Park and lake, hiking and biking trails.
