The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia held its 12th annual Duck Fest at Tomoka Outpost on Saturday, April 5.
This year's Duck Fest featured a duck race, duck relay, a free kids zone, and a photo booth. The fundraiser benefits ELCFV’s School Readiness program, which helps families prepare their children for kindergarten.
