Joseph Burbrink and Ronald Buday, individually and as trustee, sold 2903 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. for $1,395,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 4/4 and has 2,674 square feet. Christopher and Susan Bode, of Valrico, sold 105 Captains Walk, Unit 105, to John and Gloria Bearden, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 1989, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $380,600.

Gregg and Sharon Steele, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Smiling Fish Lane to Christopher Dupuis and Angela Dupuis, as trustees, for $919,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,963 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $550,000.

Hector Escobedo sold 49 Graham Woods Place to Stephen Stevenson, of Palm Coast, for $490,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $309,900.
