A house in the Broadwater subdivision was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Vinayak and Vidya Purandare, of Wesley Chapel, sold 15 Broadwater Road to Wayne and Diana Zack, of Ormond Beach, for $930,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 6/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,742 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Capri Manor
John Struck, individually and as trustee, sold 92 N. Capri Drive to Susan Bertulli, of Ormond Beach, for $273,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $225,000.
Charleston Square
John and Catherine Wells, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Charleston Square to Maurice Laffin, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,325 square feet.

Stacie O’Meara, of Ormond Beach, sold 787 Flamingo Drive, Unit A, to Mary Soiland, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $162,000.
