A house in Yacht Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 30 to July 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Mary Quinn, of Ormond Beach, sold 338 Harbor Village Point N. to Claude and Linda Grizzard, of Palm Coast, for $1.65 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, elevator and 4,868 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Neil and Violet Rosenblit, of Windermere, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 310, to Condor Mountain Properties LLC, of Dublin, Georgia, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $775,000.
George and Lori Robinson, of Jacksonville, sold 3651 Central Ave., Unit 108, to Patrick and Teresa Madigan, of Flagler Beach, for $530,000. Built in 2001, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet.

Deborah and Dennis Casarcia, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Smiling Fish Lane to Carole Johanson, as trustee, for $729,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $437,000.

Diane Wellman-Foy, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Patchogue Place to Opendoor Property C LLC, of Tempe, Arizona, for $325,100. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,293 square feet.
